The TruePoint Center

The non-profit TruePoint Center brings to bear the expertise of the TruePoint consulting firm – integrating such areas as strategy, organization design, leadership development and change management – to advance social impact. We do this by working with leaders of charitable and philanthropic organizations, social enterprises, and multi-organization initiatives. For more than a decade the TruePoint Center has been deeply involved in promoting increased innovation in the fields of early childhood development and global health. Our work has led us to long-standing relationships with the Harvard Center on the Developing Child; Grand Challenges Canada’s Saving Brains initiative; the Palix Foundation and the Alberta Family Wellness Initiative; and a range of individual early childhood programs on the journey to sustainable impact at scale.

Scaling Whole Child Development in Adversity

For more than a decade, the TruePoint Center has been working internationally with a remarkable set of innovators as they seek to scale their early childhood programs serving families of young children facing adversity. This project represents an ongoing effort to synthesize what we are learning about scaling such programs and to gather relevant tools and resources to help innovators put that learning into practice. We invite you to join us on this learning journey.
