Patricia Guzman
Patricia is a Project Manager at TruePoint Center and the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance. She brings over ten years of experience in the nonprofit and NGO sectors, leading complex, multi-year initiatives and designing strategies that strengthen organizations and scale social impact. Her work has advanced access to quality education, social protection, women’s empowerment, and sustainable income generation across the Global South and particularly in Latin America.
At TruePoint Center, Patricia partners with organizations to strengthen early childhood development programs and advance women’s and children’s empowerment through the Saving Brains initiative. She supports leaders in translating evidence into action—refining strategy, enhancing program effectiveness, and embedding scalable solutions that drive sustainable change.
Prior to joining TruePoint Center, she worked with Innovations for Poverty Action and Fundación Grupo Social in Colombia, contributing to research, program design, evaluation, and implementation efforts focused on improving outcomes for underserved communities. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys exploring new destinations, long walks outdoors, and reading with a good cup of coffee.
